In his role, Kunal combines operational responsibility with new business development. He works on building relationships with Global Mobility teams and relocation partners, introducing education support as a practical and preventative element of successful assignments. Alongside this, he is involved in maintaining service quality and ensuring that advisory processes remain consistent and effective.

Through his work, Kunal aims to make education a more visible and recognised part of international mobility – not an afterthought, but a factor that directly influences employee wellbeing and assignment success.
